The Power of Sleep

Sleep is critical to our wellbeing, memory and ability to learn. Yet approximately 70% of students are chronically sleep deprived.

Students will learn about the importance of sleep as well as simple ways to get more and better sleep.

 

Topics covered include:

  • The impacts of sleep deprivation
  • The importance of restorative sleep
  • Exploring Revenge Bedtime Procrastination and other barriers to restorative sleep
  • Super Sleep Solutions (i.e., strategies for getting more and better sleep)

 

What’s included with an online live-streamed session:

  • Follow-up resources (summary sheet)
  • Tech trial before session (optional)
  • Follow-up activity (optional)

 

Duration: 45-50 minutes
