The Power of Sleep
Sleep is critical to our wellbeing, memory and ability to learn. Yet approximately 70% of students are chronically sleep deprived.
Students will learn about the importance of sleep as well as simple ways to get more and better sleep.
Topics covered include:
- The impacts of sleep deprivation
- The importance of restorative sleep
- Exploring Revenge Bedtime Procrastination and other barriers to restorative sleep
- Super Sleep Solutions (i.e., strategies for getting more and better sleep)
