The above is nonsense I’m afraid. It is wrong and full of lies. The movie “Inconvienient truth” is nothing but nonsense propaganda. The “facts” in the movie are the “same level of facts’ in the other “scientific movie”: What the bleep do we know – i.e. it is fake science.

The truth is:
- the more the population the better it is for everyone because the more innovation, the more creativity, the more business, the more products means the cheaper and cheaper things get for all. You can be POOR yet be living RICH

- the more population , the MORE creativity means BETTER ways of living like building upwards and downwards even building farms ‘upwards and downwards’

- the more population, the more we can feed them. Today we have genetic engineering (Monsanto)

- the more you travel, the more ideas you disperse, the more you spend meaning the more you help other people

- The more meats you consume, the more the farmer breeds and has, and the cheaper the meat gets

Do not believe things in this map. It is nothing but “green communism”, just like “red communism” the aim is to kill you off in slow pain, but communists have not learnt from Soviets and N.Koreans etc. You must MUST consume more and have more children IF you want life to be even better for the future

i am from new delhi a science studying student and is suffering from an global warming !m…. its just too bad that the temp is increasing rapidly and our country big leaders and busy in making money and doing other activities imust request everybody please reduce your emissions if you can and i think one day should be decided when no appliences are used that would really do something like earth’s day

Wow, you clearly understand very little about the evidence to support the idea that humans are the cause of this increase in global temperature. Sure, the planet’s temperature has fluctuated over the years, BUT the rate at which the temperature is increasing at the moment is unlike anything ever before seen in the history of the planet and considering that this increase begins sometime around the industrial revolution where alot of greenhouse gases were beginning to be released into the atmosphere in big quantities, it seems to me, and alot of other people who are smarter than me, that this is a direct consequence of human activities.

Wow… I saw this up on a pinboard at work and boy do I have to disagree with most of it. Sure, plant more trees, recycle, save energy etc – be environmentally conscious of travel for holidays, but for the love of the planet, its not going to have any effect because changes in climate are a natural process! They’ve happened consistently throughtout the last 4.5 billion years of our planets existence, and will continue to happen into the future – regardless of whether we try to stop the natural process or not!

I found the “use hybrid/electric cars” over plane travel amusing, since hybrid cars use fuel when travelling over about 90km per hour – and if you’re going to fly somewhere, its going to be a journey that will mostly take place on highways when you’re travelling over this speed anyway.
