		<description>yes, I am still using GTD strategies, but not naturally being an organised person, it really takes discipline and can be hard at times! 

I occasionally fall of the 'GTD bandwagon' and go back to my old, disorganised ways, but it is surprisingly easy to get back into it again. 

Overall, I have found these strategies have helped me to be calmer and get heaps more work done.</description>
