A good breakfast makes all the difference to how much energy I have during the day and how well I can focus. I have rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pepitas and sultanas, (all organic) and all topped off with oat milk and fresh fruit and a cup of herbal tea! I'm buzzing!

This is all good advice, but people should remember always - everything in moderation. It is better to eat healthy, but not to restrict yourself from food groups (as people tend to do) and also eat whatever you want. Have that juicy steak, eat Maccas, but do it all in moderation. Make sure you eat more apples and broccoli than Maccas, and make sure that when you do, go for a long walk or run to burn those thousands of kilojoules off.

There is no quick fix to being healthy - everything in moderation. On top of getting a good breakfast in (which is excellent advice) students should sleep properly. Don't try to cram the night before - just sleep more and have a good breakfast!

Bon appetit
